Fix codestyle check pipeline (#178)

* change continue-on-error to false

* add manual trigger

* revert manual trigger

* test fail checkstyle

* restore prev trigger and settings

* fix syntax

* fix exit code for codestyle

* try to break pipeline

* restore pipeline
