* [FL-1489] IRDA: move to FileWorker, fixes

* Use FileWorker
* Use file_select to select remotes
* Fix some crashes
* Add RAW parsing restrictions
* Remove excess scene (LearnDoneAfter)
* Move all file system logic to standalone object
