Revision of Noise Reduction labels

Revised all Noise Reduction labels, now they are grouped by the sub-tool
they correspond to and are easier to translate by those who don't know
how to search through the code.
Used generic labels where possible (curve, slider).
Renamed "Quality" to "Mode", and "Method" to "Color space".
Closes #3854
