Bugfixes for Locallab GUI

- Fixes segfault when modifying "Advice tooltips" option in Preferences
panel in "Multiple editor" mode
- Removes dedicated Locallab help button (will be managed directly in
RawPedia website)
- Fixes issue when switching to "Normal" mode with Retinex Locallab
tool.
