Get rid of relative include paths
...
* Use target_include_directories to specify include paths
* Specify project root (parent of rtgui and rtengine) as include path
* Replace relative includes with normal includes

Initial commit for real hidpi support

Note: This commit has only been tested on MacOS
Changes:
- Icons now use the native hidpi support from Gtk (through Icon Theme)
- Icons are now directly generated from scalable file (i.e. SVG file)
- Widget sizes are scaled based on DPI and scale factor
- Font size is scaled based on DPI and scale factor

For issue #3483 , the old behavior is restored, i.e. the minimum width of
the ProfilePanel combobox is the maximum width of its content.
