Remove deprecated GTK3 code, fixes #6103 (#6113)
Replaces the following deprecated Gtk classes throughout the codebase by their non-deprecated counterparts. Style, HBox, VBox, HPaned, VPaned, HScrollbar, VScrollbar, VSeparator, HSeparator, Stock, Table, VScale and HScale.
