* FuriHal: sram2 memory manager
* FuriHal: sram2 memory allocator

* SD card: sector cache
* FuriHal: fix init in memory hal
* RPC: STARTUP instead SERVICE
* Memory: pool "free" command
* Thread: service can be statically allocated in a memory pool
