Rename Irukagotchi to Dolphin. Add basic game state structures. (#268)

* Rename Irukagotchi to Dolphin. Add basic game state structures.
* Dolphin: state, counters, api. BT: shared access to flash. Flash: write api.
* add fake -1 deeds, example of changing icounter
